I was truly, pleasantly surprised about this delightful hotel and its wonderful owner. It is conveniently located by many cute shops, has a comfortable bed and nice bathroom, and the owner could not be nicer. He went above and beyond to make me feel cared for and attended to. I'd definitely stay again. It's right across from an amazing cafe and close to everything. A fantastic place to stay. You'll not regret staying here!

Jimmy and Frank were brilliant, so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy. Was lovely to have coffee and snacks available 24/7. We also highly recommend their food as its delicious. Great location and easy to get to from JFK. Thank you

Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Jimmy and Frank could not have been more accommodating. Gluten free option were available. (Try their GF banana loaf!) Everything was fresh and made to order. Room was very quiet, immaculate and simply furnished with everything we needed; a large comfortable bed, flat screen tv, and an amazing bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Breakfast was good enough. The shower really good. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The water had great pressure The steam extraction system was good, the mirror didn't fog up. There were no leaks from the shower to the outside

Great location, right in the heart of the quaint downtown area. Walking distance to shops and cafes. Also has a yummy café down in the lobby area, great lunch sandwiches. The room was on the smaller side and spare but very clean and bed was very comfortable. No frills but great little bed & breakfast. Gentleman at the front desk/reception area was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay in this place.The owner goes above and beyond to please the guests.Me and my friend had just arrived and didnt even enter the hotel and the owner came outside to greet us and wish us a warm welcome. He also gave us a choice to pick our room.Once we got settled my friend wanted to watch TV but the remote didnt work.As soon as i reported it to the owner( forgive me for not remembering his name ) he gave us a remote that works and a room heater as well.There were muffins,bottles of water ,tea,coffee and chips available on the upper level lobby.The bed was super comfy.The bathroom has a nice size shower cabin and it was very clean.I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Cold Spring.

A glorious location. The staff were brilliant and there's a great cafe as part of the property. We were given a fridge and great local tips. The room was a good size for two adults and two teens.

Nice, clean, good location for our planned events. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One room was a bit cramped vs. the front room (which was lovely). Neat little place. Great town and shops. Food/reteraunts were excellent! Nice stay.

the location was perfect, and the man who checked me in was very nice. the decor was interesting, the air conditioning worked fine, there was enough hot water, everything was clean ... very convenient, good value for money.

Located on the main street you are close to everything. Clean and confortable. Nice staff. No breakfast but coffee and tea in the lobby good enough to start the day or a cup of tea at night.
